Jim and I have been hard at work preparing for our trip to New Mexico. We are now down to the wire and as far as we can tell, things are falling nicely into place.
- Except for the green Postal Service T-shirts. I ordered 19 for the youth and their chaperones. Unfortunately, 5 never arrived. It turns out the manufacturer is no longer making this t-shirt so most companies no longer have it in stock. It turns out I was fortunate to find 14. So today, I am calling online companies looking for anyone who might have 5 girls medium Postal Service T-shirts. I may fail in finding our shirts (yes, I'm missing mine as well) but I'm giving it my all. On Saturday we may be a group of 14 finely dressed in green and 5 finely dressed in something else (plus 22 adults dressed in whatever they picked out of their closet that morning).
I'm trying to see this as just a part of the adventure........
